So, a follow-up post was needed for that last post, which was very abrupt and short btw (sorry I wrote that on my way to work), but I do hope you all found my article insightful, maybe opened your eyes to some things you never gave much thought to. Hello Winter 2015

I am back. Back to winter, back to snowstorms, back to brisk cold (sigh).

I am not made for this lifestyle. No ma’am. I believe the time to start brainstorming, I need to move! (burr)

Actually, I’ve been back for some time now but just have not been up to writing, working, or stepping outside at all … as much as I want to blame the weather (as it surely plays a role in my antisocial/hibernating tendencies), this time it’s my body, it is fighting me y’all lol. (more…)

Lagos 1/2015…

Hi y’all… still reporting from the waterfront of Lagos Island, the weather is ummm humid, I can’t complain though. I love the fact that I can wear t-shirts and maxi-dresses, that’s a staple fashion of mine these days and I can most definitely get use to it (don’t mind if I do). I’ve met some cool people sha, and others are still hiding from me, they know themselves. (more…)

Writer’s Block?

I’m not even a writer per say and I have “writer’s block”, not totally blocked but disorganized brain for sure, in combination with laziness. No, actually it’s not laziness, at least not in my mind. I don’t know jare, I henceforth blame the weather.

Boy is it cold! And winter is not in full effect, ugh the thought of things to come scares me a bit. (more…)
